Terms of Service
The framework that binds everyone who uses the Sigmamarkt platform. By creating an account, posting a listing, or making a purchase, you accept these terms.
Last updated: TBD
1. Nature of the Platform
Sigmamarkt is an escrow platform that facilitates the safe buying and selling of digital game assets (game accounts, in-game currency, items). Sigmamarkt is not a party to any transaction as buyer or seller; we operate the payment, transfer, and dispute resolution layer only.
The Sigmamarkt brand is operated by [TBD-Entity]. The service may be referred to under multiple names (e.g. the TITAN brand); all names refer to the same legal entity.
2. Publisher Terms and Account Risk
Sigmamarkt is an escrow intermediary. Sigmamarkt makes no warranty that account trading complies with any given publisher's terms of service. Any ban, recovery, or suspension of an account by a publisher after purchase is the user's own risk (buyer and/or seller). Sigmamarkt has no liability for damages arising from such publisher action.
This risk is surfaced during the listing flow and at checkout. By proceeding you confirm that you accept it.
3. Eligibility and Age
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. Use of false identity, third-party information, or access from a restricted jurisdiction will result in account suspension.
Becoming a seller may require additional verification (KYC); the thresholds are defined in the Seller Agreement.
4. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is prohibited and, when detected, may result in account suspension, listing removal, freezing of earned balances, and where appropriate legal action:
- Steering payment or communication off-platform (off-site transaction attempts). Our chat filter detects external channel patterns such as Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, phone numbers, and email addresses.
- Double-listing the same account, coin, or item on Sigmamarkt and another marketplace (G2G, PlayerAuctions, etc.) at the same time. When you publish a listing, the account is taken into Sigmamarkt custody; it cannot be sold elsewhere in parallel.
- Posting listings with fake attributes, fake rank, fake items, doctored screenshots, or misleading descriptions.
- Operating multiple accounts (the same person appearing as multiple sellers/buyers).
- Wash trading (buying your own listing through an alternate account) and shill bidding (placing fake bids on your own auction). In auctions, sellers may not bid on their own auctions through identity-, payment-, or device-linked accounts.
- Listing a banned, stolen, fraudulently obtained, or publisher-suspended account.
- Submitting false identity documents, false source-of-funds declarations, or false dispute evidence to Sigmamarkt.
- Attempting to bypass Sigmamarkt's verification infrastructure, mislead the automated scanner, or defeat proxy/CAPTCHA protections.
5. Commission and Fees
Commission is paid by the seller. The buyer pays the list price; the seller's net payout equals list price minus commission. Payment processor fees are absorbed by Sigmamarkt out of commission; no additional processor surcharge is passed to the buyer.
- Game account sale: 10%
- In-game currency sale: 5%
- Item sale: 10%
- Private / referred listing: 7%
Commission rates are fixed by category (account 10%, coin 5%, item 10%, private listing 7%) and apply equally to all sellers within a category (Constitution F3). There are NO tier- or volume-based individual discounts. The live rate is always shown at checkout and in the seller summary. Commission rates are never A/B tested by charging different buyers different fees for the same product.
6. Dispute Resolution and the AI Recommendation
For the full dispute flow, see the Refund and Dispute Policy. This section addresses only the legal status of the AI recommendation.
For high-value disputes the AI generates only an advisory note to a human admin and does not issue a binding decision.
7. Suspension and Transparent Enforcement
If your account is suspended or restricted, Sigmamarkt will:
- Provide a concrete reason (no generic or arbitrary grounds).
- Maintain the relevant audit log records; provide a summary on request.
- Not arbitrarily withhold earned balances; if a balance is withheld, the reason and duration are clearly communicated.
- Offer an internal appeal mechanism; you may contest a decision through the dispute channel.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sigmamarkt's aggregate liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is limited to the lesser of (a) the commission you paid Sigmamarkt for the transaction in question or (b) USD [TBD-Cap-USD].
Sigmamarkt is not liable for: bans, suspensions, or recoveries imposed by a publisher; the user's own neglect of device/session security; outages at third-party payment processors; force majeure events.
9. Termination
You may close your membership at any time, provided there are no open disputes or pending obligations. The account is not deleted until open transactions, disputes, and financial obligations are settled; until then data is retained for audit and financial record-keeping purposes.
10. Governing Law and Forum
For disputes between you and Sigmamarkt, the internal dispute flow and customer support channel are used first. If no resolution is reached, the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which [TBD-Entity] is registered (Turkey or Estonia — to be confirmed when company incorporation is finalised) shall have jurisdiction.
Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
11. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated. For material changes we will give at least 14 days' notice by email and in-app notification. If you do not accept the change you may close your account; open transactions will be completed.
12. Contact
Legal notices: [TBD-Email]. Postal address: [TBD-Address]. User support requests must use the in-app support channel.
